Those of you in the Chicago know its been downright cold. That is why I was completely overjoyed when I opened my inbox to find it filled with glorious California sunshine! Sam and Andy are the sweetest couple. They wanted one thing for their day, simplicity. They didn’t care about over the top flowers, or intricate backdrops, they wanted a fun party with all of their friends with great entertainment and tasty food. Jayne Weddings and Events helped them plan just that.
It was easy with Winery SF as their backdrop. This building is located on Treasure Island, just a hop from downtown SF. Its a gorg two story building (re:cocktail upstairs, reception and ceremony downstairs) located on the water. The walls are lined with old wine barrels, while the floors are cement, a lovely mix of rustic but industrial. Love it! This space didnt need much decor, it was gorg as is!
For the ceremony, Sam and Andy asked all of their guests to turn off their phones, no one taking pics on their cell phones, people actually paying attention to the ceremony, my heart was so full!
After the speeches and dinner, the newlyweds surprised everyone with a 14 piece Michelle Jackson cover band! They were so amazing! It was by far, some of the best dancing I have ever seen at a wedding. Foreverland brought it, and it was so memorable!
Relive this sweet wedding now, and soak in some of that warm light! Thank you to Frances Iacuzzi Photography for these fun photos!
